White Sands has a sand dunes. Some of these are over 40 feet (12 m) tall. Unlike other deserts Sands, it is cool to the touch due to the high rate of evaporation of surface reflect, rather than absorb, the sun's rays.

3. World's largest Desert of Salt 


This desert located in Bolivia. The desert is completely flat and the so large and crystal in its salty nature that the whole sky seem to be reflected.
Salar de Udyuni is world's largest salt flat at 10,582 sq. km. It is estimated to contain 10 Billion tones of salt, of which less than 25000 tonnes is extracted annually.

4. Covered with Snowfall desert


Taklamakan is one of the largest sandy desert in the world. It covers an area of 2,70,000 square Km. Of the Tarim Basin, 1000 Km. Long and 400 Km. Wide.

5. The Colourful Desert USA.


The painted desert (Arizona) is an expanse of badlands hiss, flat-topped mesas and battles. It is an arid land, sparsely vegetated and heavily eroded. The name painted desert refers to the name painted rainbow of colourful sedimentary layers exposed in the austere landscape.
