Birth and Early life

Muniba Mazari baloch born on 3 March, 1987 in Rahim yar khan khan, Shouthern Panjab, Pakistan.

Muniba is of Baloch background belonging to the tribe of Mazari.

At the age of 18 before she could complete her studies, she was married to Khurram Shahzad, a former Pakistan air pilot.


Accident and career
  • The Accident was made on 27 February, 2008. Muniba and her husband travelling from Quetta to Rahim by car.

  • In which she sustained several major injuries, including Broken bones in her radius and ulna, rib cadge, shoulder blade, callorbone and spine. Because of rib cadge injury her lungs and lever were badly injured. Her half body was fractured and half was paralyzed.

  • Doctor have put a lot of titanium in her arm, there's lot of titanium at back to fix her back. That's why people in Pakistan call her the Iron lady of Pakistan. After treatment she moved to Rawalpindi.



  • She was a wheelchair due to injuries sustained in a car accident at the age of 21. She was also made National Ambassador of UN women pakistan after being shortlisted in the 100 inspirational women of 2015 for BBC.



  • She also made it to the forbes 30 under 30 list for 2016.



  • Muniba was chosen by Pond's as the Pond's miracle women. She also chosen by international hair dressing salon, Toni and Guy, to become the first ever wheelchair bound model in Asia. Her first compaign for them was called women of substance.



  • In june 2019, Muniba was appointed by the current prime minister of Pakistan, to be a part of Pakistan's first ever national youth council.
